Message from our class president, Anne Turtle
With the nip of autumn in the air the beautiful fall colors around Lake Waban will soon replace the summer canopy of green. It is my privilege to live in the town of Wellesley and to enjoy the beauty of our campus throughout the year.
Your class officers are looking forward to Alumnae Leadership Council in mid-October to learn the ins and outs of our duties for the next five years. We are counting on the enthusiasm of our 55th reunion as we continue our life’s journey and our connections with Wellesley College.
Having enjoyed a special closeness at our 55th reunion I hope that over the next 5 years we will take opportunities to communicate through mini-reunions or over coffee or even via electronic devices with neighboring or visiting classmates. Make each day special. Having time to reconnect at reunion was such a gift to all of us with special thanks to the many, many classmates who contributed to making it a most memorable event.
We plan to organize some formal mini-reunions in places which have been suggested by classmates. Please let me or any of your class officers know what is on your mind and what activities of interest we might plan.
Love to all, Anne
